There are two basic fee structures when filing bankruptcy: Cash up front or zero down and pay as you go.
A Chapter 7 requires the debtor to pay their lawyer up front prior to filing the bankruptcy.
We like to keep things simple. No hassles. No fuss. At your free consultation, we will analyze your case and let you know what the fee is going to be up front. Our quote will include all legal filings. We don’t advertise extremely cheap initial fees, only to stick more on as the process develops.
